Fotocasa: Publishing to Multiple Spanish Portals at Once

Fotocasa is one of the largest real estate portals in Spain, part of Adevinta. With one professional account, you can publish not only on Fotocasa but also on the affiliated portals Habitaclia and Milanuncios. Tesoro connects directly: as soon as you save a property, it is automatically forwarded.

How do you request access?

1. Go to the professional page of Fotocasa: profesionales.fotocasa.es. There you will find the contact form for real estate agencies.

2. Register via the form (name, email, province, company name, phone number) or call the professional line 900 535 048. You need a legal company or self-employed (autónomo) with registered real estate activity and a valid CIF/NIF.

3. Request your API key. For the CRM integration, your Fotocasa contact will provide an API Key along with the email and phone number associated with your account.

Costs

Fotocasa does not publish a fixed price list. It is a paid subscription; ask for the price via the professional page or the phone line.

How to connect Fotocasa in Tesoro

Fotocasa is a direct API integration: a direct push with every change.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is located under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and find the Fotocasa card (recognizable by the API badge).

2. Click the edit icon and fill in:

   • API Key (required)
   • Email (required, valid email address)
   • Phone Number (required, international format)

3. Click Update and then turn the toggle on.

Fotocasa leads

The email and phone number you enter here are used by Fotocasa when buyers request information. Keep this data up to date and check it regularly.

Requirements per property

• A property type with a Fotocasa equivalent (the subtype is automatically derived)
• Reference and full address
• Transaction type and price
• Property characteristics
• Contact details (owner or agent type)
