New features
Section titled “New features”A dashboard you customize yourself
Section titled “A dashboard you customize yourself”Until now, the dashboard was the same for everyone. From this version, you decide what you see and where it goes.
In the bottom right of the dashboard, there is a purple button Customize dashboard. It opens a side panel where you can:
- Drag widgets to change the order (on mobile, use the buttons Move up and Move down)
- Hide widgets; hidden widgets gather under Hidden blocks
- Group widgets: up to three widgets side by side in one row, with a custom name and a Row color
- Add new widgets via Add widget, with a search field and a short explanation per widget
Your changes only take effect when you click Save. With Reset you return to the default layout.
An important difference from the previous version: where previously one period selection at the top applied to the whole dashboard, each widget now has its own filter. So per widget you set your own period, and for Activities, Deals, and Meetings you can also choose whether to see your own data, a colleague’s, or everyone’s.
The full catalog has sixteen widgets. The familiar components from the old dashboard are now also widgets that you can move, hide, or place prominently:
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Deals, New leads, Average deal value | The three statistics cards, now each with their own period |
| Time on market | Properties that have been on the market too long (only visible if your office has set thresholds) |
| Notifications | Your latest notifications at a glance |
| Meetings this week | New: your appointments this week as a chart; your own appointments in a solid color, colleagues’ in a light shade |
| Top performers | New: a ranking of colleagues, with a switch between Deals closed and Deal value |
| Activities | Your most recent activities from all parts |
| Deals with preselect properties | Table with deals for which properties have been preselected |
| Properties | Your newest properties |
| Deals overview, Leads overview, Contacts overview, Relations overview, Properties overview, Projects overview | New: six tables that you link to a saved view of your choice |
Widgets with their own filter can also be added more than once: for example, place two Deals cards side by side, one with the last 7 days and one with the last 90 days. Only Notifications, Top performers, and Time on market can appear on the dashboard only once.
The layout is saved per user. Your colleagues will see their own layout, not yours.
Calls automatically transcribed, with AI summary
Section titled “Calls automatically transcribed, with AI summary”When you call a contact from Tesoro, the CRM now automatically transcribes the conversation as text, distinguishing between what you said (Agent) and what the client said (Contact).
The calling itself has been redesigned. Instead of a window that holds you up, a small call window that travels with you through the CRM now appears, so you can keep working during the call. The window tells you exactly what is happening: Pick up your phone to start the call, Ringing…, Connected.
Afterwards, open a conversation and click Transcript & Summary. There you will find two tabs:
- Call Transcript: the full transcription of the conversation
- Call Summary: click Generate Summary for a short summary with Key Points and Action Items
So you create the summary yourself when you need it. If the transcription fails once, there is a button Transcribe again.
Modify, reschedule, or cancel scheduled emails
Section titled “Modify, reschedule, or cancel scheduled emails”Until now, a scheduled email was untouchable: once scheduled, you could not do anything with it. That is now fixed, and it goes beyond just modifying.
A scheduled email now appears immediately in the Emails tab of the contact, lead, or deal, with an orange Scheduled label. Previously, nothing was visible until the moment of sending.
Through the menu (⋯) on the email, you can choose:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reschedule | Reschedules the email to a different date |
| Edit | Changes subject and message |
| Send now | Sends the email immediately, instead of at the scheduled time |
| Cancel schedule | Stops the sending; the email remains visible with the Cancelled label |
| Delete | Permanently removes the email from the timeline |
At the top of the list, there is a new tab Scheduled where you see everything that still needs to be sent.
This works until the moment the email is actually sent. If you are too late, Tesoro informs you that the email is already on its way instead of silently doing nothing. Sent and received emails cannot be deleted.
All tasks on one page
Section titled “All tasks on one page”Tasks were always scattered across individual contacts, leads, and deals. There was no single place to see them all. That is now available.
Click in the left menu on Activities, and below it a new section Tasks appears. It is a full overview with columns for title, status, priority, who has the task, the due date, and which contact or deal the task belongs to.
- For tasks with an overdue date, the due date turns red
- For tasks due this week, the due date turns yellow
- For completed tasks, the date remains neutral, even if it has passed
You filter and sort as you are used to in other lists, and you can save your own Views. If you select multiple tasks, you can use Mass Edit to change the Status, Priority, or the assignee in one go. Note: when assigning, colleagues will receive a notification.
Offers with date and outcome
Section titled “Offers with date and outcome”An offer on a property within a deal was previously nothing more than a single price field. You could not enter a date, record an outcome, or ever correct a saved offer.
From this version, you record three things per offer in the Offer Price section (open a deal, go to Properties, and click on a property):
- Offer Price: the amount
- Offer Date: when the offer was made
- Outcome: Accepted or Not Accepted
Each offer appears in the history with the date, the agent, the amount, and a green or red marker. Use the pencil icon to correct an offer, and the trash icon to delete one.
Import old WhatsApp conversations
Section titled “Import old WhatsApp conversations”Did you already have a WhatsApp conversation with a client before you started using Tesoro? You can now bring it in retroactively.
Export the conversation from your phone (in WhatsApp: the three-dot menu, then More, then Export Chat), and save the .zip file. Open the contact in Tesoro, go to the WhatsApp tab, and click the import icon next to the refresh button. Drag the file into the Import WhatsApp chat window and click Import.
The messages will appear shortly in the conversation, with a small icon so you can distinguish them from live messages. Importing the same export again is safe: duplicate messages are recognized.
Things to keep in mind:
- Only one-on-one conversations; group conversations are refused
- Maximum 100 MB per file
- Only
.zip, with or without media - The conversation must belong to the opened contact
- You cannot reply to imported messages
See per portal which fields are required
Section titled “See per portal which fields are required”Publishing to a portal often went wrong because you only found out afterwards that a field was missing. Now you can look it up in advance.
Go to Settings and then Feed Export. Each portal card has a small icon in the top left. Click it and a panel Feed requirements opens with exactly what that portal expects from your properties: which fields are required, which currencies, countries, energy labels, and languages are accepted, and what limits apply (e.g., maximum 255 characters, or at least one photo).
For Idealista, the panel goes further and shows the requirements per property type, because an apartment, a plot, and a garage each have their own rules.
See what a feed change does before saving
Section titled “See what a feed change does before saving”If you change the web address of an XML feed or switch to another provider, Tesoro used to just let it happen. Now you get a preview first.
After saving, a panel Review feed change opens with two tabs: To be removed and To be added, each with a count and the involved properties (reference, type, location, price). New properties are marked as New or Re-activated. Nothing is saved until you click Confirm and save.
Two things to note:
- Properties under To be removed are not deleted. They get the status you have set under Property status after removing from feed. So check that setting before confirming.
- Saving only changes the address and provider. The actual adding and removing happens on the next import.
- If Tesoro cannot build the preview (e.g., because the feed is unreachable at that moment), you cannot save the change. You will see a message to check the address and provider.
This feature is available for administrators.
Calendar export split into company and personal
Section titled “Calendar export split into company and personal”The calendar export has been split into two separate links, each in its own place.
| What | Where | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Personal calendar | Settings, then Personal Settings, then Calendar | Every user |
| Company calendar | Settings, then Company Settings, then Calendar | Only administrators |
Your personal link contains only your own appointments, including the appointments you have marked as private. The company link contains all colleagues’ appointments, but without private appointments.
You copy the link with the copy button and subscribe to it from Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar. If a link ends up somewhere it shouldn’t, you can create a new one with the refresh button, after which the old one immediately stops working.
Idealista: update photos per property
Section titled “Idealista: update photos per property”If the photos of one property were not correct on Idealista, you had to run the full synchronization again. That can now be done more selectively.
Go to Settings, then Feed Export, open Idealista, and go to the Sync results tab. There you will see:
- A new column Images with the number of synchronized photos per property
- A button per property to resend only those photos
- A button Sync All Images at the top, with a progress bar
You can only sync photos after a property sync has completed, and your Idealista customer code and contact ID must be filled in. This feature is available for administrators.
Idealista: publish without energy label
Section titled “Idealista: publish without energy label”If the energy label was missing, the checkbox for Idealista under Posted To simply would not stay checked. Publishing was impossible.
That is now a recommendation instead of a block. You see an orange message that the energy label is recommended, but you can still publish. If the label is missing, Tesoro automatically sends a valid class to Idealista: A for new construction, otherwise G.
The message about the emission value now only appears for properties in Spain and France, the only countries for which Idealista accepts that value.
Currency Format: how amounts are written
Section titled “Currency Format: how amounts are written”In addition to which currency you use, you now also determine how amounts are written.
Go to Settings and then Company Settings. Directly under Currency there is a new field Currency Format. If you work with euros and choose Spanish (Spain), 1.234,56 € will appear; if you choose English (UK), it becomes €1,234.56. Next to the field you immediately see a preview of the result.
The currency itself does not change: you still set it in the Currency field. This new setting only determines the notation.
The setting applies to everyone within your company and is configured by an administrator.
Save sort order in a View
Section titled “Save sort order in a View”When you clicked on a column header to sort, that sorting was gone after a refresh. Every list always started again with the newest at the top.
Now you save the sorting in the View itself. Open the Views list, click the pencil icon, and under Sort by choose a field and the direction (Ascending or Descending). Everyone who uses this view gets that order, and a refresh does not change it.
This setting is available on all lists except the properties list.
Use saved filters of colleagues
Section titled “Use saved filters of colleagues”If a colleague made a view public or shared it with you, until now you only saw the view itself, and not the filters saved under it. You had to recreate them manually.
Now the saved filters of that view simply appear in your own list under Saved Filters.
To keep this safe, two rules have been added:
- Only the creator of a view can change whether it is Public, Private, or Shared
- If a view is locked, only the creator can adjust the filters under it
If a view was created by someone else, you see an info icon with Created by followed by that colleague’s name. This applies to all lists, not just the properties list.
See where an activity on a deal comes from
Section titled “See where an activity on a deal comes from”When you converted a lead to a deal, the built-up history seemed to disappear: notes and conversations remained with the contact.
The Notes, Tasks, Calls, Meetings, Attachments, and Activities tabs of a deal now also show the items from the linked contacts. Each such item gets a small person icon; click it to open the contact in a new tab.
Nothing is moved: the contact keeps its own history exactly as it was. This also works for deals you converted in the past.
Signatures in email templates
Section titled “Signatures in email templates”The Add dynamic variable panel now opens with two extra sections at the top: User Signatures and Company Signatures. Click on a signature and it will be placed at the bottom of your message, fully filled in.
In addition, eight new variables have been added, allowing you to automatically insert your job title and your office’s website address and full address.
Email automation via the Open API
Section titled “Email automation via the Open API”The Tesoro Open API has been extended with email. A connected system can now retrieve, schedule, reschedule, modify, send immediately, cancel, and delete emails, as well as create and update email templates.
For you as an agent, nothing changes in the CRM: this is intended for integrations and automations, and is configured by the person who manages your API connections.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”The deal board drags more smoothly
Section titled “The deal board drags more smoothly”Dragging cards on the Kanban board in Deals has been rebuilt. While dragging, the other columns collapse into clearly marked zones, the card lands directly in place, and it pulses briefly orange so you can see where it landed. If you drag to the edge, the board scrolls. Use Escape to cancel a drag. Lanes now load 30 cards at a time while scrolling, and show a counter.
Lists sort as you expect
Section titled “Lists sort as you expect”Sorting by name previously placed all names starting with a capital letter first, and then the rest, so “Banana” came before “apple.” Additionally, during browsing, rows could appear double or not at all. Both have been fixed for deals, contacts, leads, properties, projects, relations, and tasks. For deals, contacts, leads, and tasks, records without a date now appear at the bottom instead of the top.
Calendar items show what they belong to
Section titled “Calendar items show what they belong to”Click on an appointment in the Calendar and the window now shows a line like Related to deal: Villa Marbella. Click it and the deal opens in a new tab, directly on the relevant section. This also works for contacts, leads, and phone calls. When you plan an appointment from the calendar for a deal, the property selection now only shows properties from that deal.
The MLS filter shows only your own portals
Section titled “The MLS filter shows only your own portals”The MLS filter in the property list showed all portals that Tesoro supports, including portals your office had turned off. Now you only see what is actually enabled. Tesoro also prevents you from turning off a portal while properties are still linked to it, and tells you exactly how many properties are involved. If you turn one off anyway, it disappears from your saved filters automatically.
Error messages mention the portal
Section titled “Error messages mention the portal”If a property cannot be sent to a portal, the message now starts with the name of that portal, e.g., Fotocasa: Bathrooms is invalid. If you publish to multiple portals, you can see at a glance which one is complaining.
Back to overview at the right spot
Section titled “Back to overview at the right spot”When you click from a list of deals, contacts, leads, relations, or projects to open a record and go back, you return to the same page and the same row, which briefly highlights. Previously, you always landed at the top of page 1.
Fixed issues
Section titled “Fixed issues”- Amounts were shown in dollars in several places instead of your own currency: on deal details, on Kanban cards, in the offer history, and in the contacts list
- Numeric fields jumped to inactive on their own when you paused for about two seconds while typing; this affected property price fields, deal value, and plot area
- In the Inbox, the time indication of email conversations was incorrect (“2 hours ago” when it wasn’t)
- Emails in the Emails tab are now labeled based on their actual direction, with a blue Received or green Sent; previously Tesoro guessed who the sender was and sometimes showed the name of a colleague who never sent the email for linked mailboxes
- The WhatsApp tab incorrectly reported that someone had no WhatsApp when the check itself failed; you now see Something went wrong with a Retry button, and if necessary, a reference to scan the QR code again
- Property photos on your public website could occasionally fail to load and appear broken; Tesoro now fixes this automatically in the background
- The link to a property from an attachment in an appointment led to an error page
- The AI prompt editor opened empty instead of with the existing text
- If your session expired, you got a technical message about a JSON Web Token; this has been replaced with Your session has expired or is invalid. Please sign in again., and now stays long enough to read
- When you opened a deal from the Kanban board, your selected view was gone when you returned
- On the Interested tab of a deal, the columns could not be scrolled, making cards at the bottom unreachable
- Properties with decimal area could be rejected by portals; they are now rounded before being sent
- The message after synchronizing your mailbox mentioned a confusing number of “skipped” emails; that has been removed
- Scheduled emails could get stuck because one problematic email held up the entire batch; failed emails now clearly get the label Failed
