Kyero: Reaching International Buyers via an XML Feed

Kyero is an international real estate portal for foreign buyers looking for a home in Spain, Portugal, or France. While Idealista is strong on the domestic market, with Kyero you reach the expat and second-home buyer. Tesoro provides an XML feed that you can have connected at Kyero.

Who is this for?

• Agencies focusing on international buyers (for example on the Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol)
• Agents who want to advertise outside the Spanish domestic market
• Agencies with listings that appeal to expats and holiday home buyers

How do you request access?

1. View the options on the Kyero agent page: kyero.com/join. You will see the advertising opportunities and can request a quote by email.

2. Contact them via the contact form on that page when you want to get started. Kyero will then register your company.

3. Submit your feed URL. You open a support ticket with the XML feed URL from Tesoro. Kyero validates it on a test system (character encoding and XML schema) and usually approves it the same business day. After that, your feed is processed daily.

Kyero works with a quote on request; there is no fixed price list. Request a quote via the agent page.

How to connect Kyero in Tesoro

Kyero is a datafeed portal: Tesoro generates a feed URL that Kyero reads periodically.

Administrator role required

Portal configuration is under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. First check the language requirement. At least one of your website languages must be in Kyero’s list (see below). If there is no match, the Kyero toggle is disabled and a warning appears. Set your languages via Settings → Website → Language.

2. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for Kyero. Tesoro now generates the feed URL.

3. Click copy to copy the feed URL and provide it to your Kyero account manager (or add it via the support ticket).

4. Set the Prime Property Count: click the edit icon and under Set Property Count choose how many properties you want to mark as featured (1 to 25). Click Update.

One connection per portal

If you try to create a second Kyero connection, the error message “This MLS key has already been taken.” appears.

Requirements per property

• Reference (max 255 characters)
• Price (max 8 digits) and currency (EUR, GBP, or USD)
• Transaction type and property type
• City, province, and country (Spain, Portugal, or France)
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Description in a supported language
• At least one photo
• Company email address and website domain

Supported languages: ca, da, de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, no, pt, ru, sv.
