Resales Online is a well-known MLS and resale network on the Costa del Sol, active for over twenty years. It is a collaboration network where agents share their listings, with reportedly thousands of connected offices. Tesoro provides an XML feed.

How to request access?

1. Go to resales-online.com. You can sign up directly via “Sign Up Now”, book a demo (“Book a Demo”), or contact them.

2. Go through the onboarding. According to the site, there is no setup fee and no binding contract beyond the payment period.

Pricing

The pricing page mentions a rate in the order of €190 per month (excluding IVA), with discounts for semi-annual or annual subscriptions and a few user licenses included. Treat this as indicative and confirm the current price via the pricing page or a demo.

How to connect Resales Online in Tesoro

This is a datafeed portal in Kyero-compatible format: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal reads periodically.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is located under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for Resales Online.

2. Click copy to copy the feed URL and provide it to the portal.

Requirements per property

The requirements are the same as for Kyero: reference, price and currency, transaction type, property type, city, province, country, bedrooms and bathrooms, description in a supported language, at least one photo, company email address, and website domain.

Supported languages: ca, da, de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, no, pt, ru, sv.
