How do you request access?

1. Register via “Regístrate Gratis” or “Acceso Profesionales” on spainhouses.net. There is a free basic listing.

2. Set up the automatic XML feed via the developer section (“Para desarrolladores”), so that your properties are automatically published.

How to link Spain Houses in Tesoro

This is a data feed portal in Kyero-compatible format: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal periodically reads.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for Spain Houses.

2. Click copy to copy the feed URL and use it when setting up your XML feed in Spain Houses.

Requirements per property

The requirements are the same as Kyero: reference, price and currency, transaction type, property type, city, province, country, bedrooms and bathrooms, description in a supported language, at least one photo, company email address, and website domain.

Supported languages: ca, da, de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, no, pt, ru, sv.
